New Staff Benefit Added – Aviva Invitation Private Medial Insurance

Grant McGregor

We already have a long list of key benefits that we give to our staff and we’re always looking for ways to expand these benefits. Our goal is to make our people feel valued whilst looking after them in different ways. Financially, we’re firm believers in salary packages that meet or exceed industry standards. We know that emotional and mental health problems can strike at any time, so we provide access to WorkPlace Options who provide confidential help to those that need it. We believe in continuous education, giving our people a chance to grow and succeed in their roles and prepare them for their next step in the career. And, because communication is key to understanding both what we need from each team member and what they need from us, we set aside time to meet, one-to-one, so that we can plan and prepare for where they want to go and remedy situations quickly to everyone’s satisfaction.

We’re now proud to introduce a benefit that supports our teams physical health – with Aviva Invitation Private Medical Insurance – giving our people access to swift, high quality medical care when they need it.

Looking after our team is our top priority because, well, it just makes sense. Keeping our people happy, healthy, engaged and valued makes us smile, and gives them the best opportunity to make our customers happy.

And in other news…

In a not so unrelated matter, we’ve just been included in the Channel Futures MSP 501 list.

“The 2019 MSP 501 winners are the most elite, innovative and strategic IT service providers on the planet, and they stand as a model of excellence in the industry,” says Kris Blackmon, Content Director of Channel Partners and Channel Futures and lead of the MSP 501 program.

Our inclusion on the list in no small part due to the dedication and professionalism of our team – and that, in turn, is because of the way in which we support our talent in numerous different ways.
